Plates Energofloor®   Pipelock


Plates Energofloor® Pipelock – is a system of a insulation ready to application for floor heating sistems with high thermal resistance. Fast and reliable connection of plates with overlapping allows to create in a short space of time a complete warm and noise isolation layer in the construction of the floor heating systems with the subsequent arrangement of cement-sand cap.
It is possible to establish pipes on a straight line and on a diagonal without application of additional accessories. Clamps hold a pipe and prevent its emersion during filling by a cement coupler. Expanded polystyrene application in thickness of 30 mm as a insulation layer reduces shock noise. Results of tests showed, that these materials provide effective protection against shock noise and correspond to the highest requirements of sound insulation in residential buildings according to Construction Norms and Regulations 23-03-2003 «Protection against noise».
The material is recommended to be applied in the floor heating sistemsquo; systems used as the main systems of heating.
The economic form of release in the form of plates considerably reduces the price of logistics of transportations and warehousing.
